Thisbe Grace is the founder of Dallas Solstice and Executive Director. Currently Thisbe runs a photography business with her husband Mark McWilliams called TGMark LLC, www.tgmark.com. Her wedding portraiture photography has graced local and national magazines while she also works with Mark in architecture, commercial and underwater photography. They owned a gallery, Blue Square Art for several years in Deel Ellum after returning to TX from 3 years in California. It was in CA where Thisbe had the opportunity to work with Santa Barbara Solstice, Opera Santa Barbara and private marketing consuting. She is an avid adventurer, loves the arts and holds a B.A. in Organizational Business Behavior Policy from Southern Methodist University.

Dawn Quiet our Marketing and Development Director has extensive experience in creating campaigns for independent films, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, the Video Association of Dallas as well as retailers, architects, photographers and chefs. She prides herself in finding creative ways to tell her clients' stories.

Leiigh Stem, CSEP is the President of the Dallas Solstice Board. She has a combined experience of fourteen years in the event rental industry in the Dalls/Ft.Worth area and nine years in catering sales. She had the privilege of serving as the ISES Dallas Chapter President from 2007 -2008 and earned her Certified Special Event Professional designation in 2006. During this time she was also awarded both the Spirit Award and the Pinnacle Award. In 2010 she was honored at the Texas Star Awards for her dedication and service to the ISES Dallas Chapter. Her client base includes sports venues such as Cowboy Stadium, the Ballpark in Arlington, and the American Airlines Center. Leigh currently resides in the White Rock Lake area of Dallas. She has two daughters and enjoyes volunteering in her community during her free time.

Clayton Tidwell is our Treasuer. He holds his BBA University of Oklahoma. Clayton works for Triple Point Technology, a leader and global providor of commodity management software that delivers advanced analytics to optimize end to end value chains, supply chain procurement, aggregation, trading, import/export and local distribution on a single, real time platform, integrating cash and derivative trading, while aggregating risk within and across multiple commoditites. Clayton's role is as a senior consultant in professional services working around the globe to assist his clients implement this software. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Clayton has found inspiration from his years attending the Burning Man festival to help bring to Dallas a greater sense of art and community through the Dallas Solstice. Clayton is engaged to marry Leigh Stem.

Laura Sanchez grew up in a family in the arts and philanthropy and is a board certified music therapist. With a BA form the University of Kansas and currently in graduate school for conseling at SMU Laura is interested in working with children through the arts.
